I got a bit behind in posting my project images. This is my busy season at work as we close our financials for the year. Trust me, it's a big job. Anyone who's an accountant will understand how much work there is to do to close out the books for a major institution.
But I have been keeping up with my daily images. I've said in previous postings that these kinds of projects are hard to do for various reasons. One of the major reasons is having to show work one might not otherwise let out in public. I believe that the subjects we choose to shoot have a critical impact on our photographs. They are the stories behind our images. If you don't get in front of interesting subjects every day they come off as boring or too ordinary. Many of my project images are ordinary. I knew this would happen going in so I'm resigned to it. I'll take images every day and hope during my daily routine I'll come up on something interesting. If not I'll still take images and move on. As Walter Cronkite might say, "that's just the way it is."
Thanks for continuing to follow along.
